Commission A Painting

The Process:

The best way to begin is by browsing my available paintings. Get an idea of what mood, colors and scenes you are attracted to. Do you have a particular place or landscape in mind send me photo?

I’m happy to make a viewing room for you with examples of paintings that can be the inspiration for a new painting. Browsing through the selections will help you visualize the possibilities. Also, you can send me a photo of your room and the wall that needs a new painting, I can superimpose paintings on it to give you a better idea of what will work in your space.

The cost of a commission is in line with my available work, which is priced by size. I require a deposit of 50% to get the process started and the balance is due upon completion. Commissions usually take approximately 8 weeks depending on my schedule.

Once the details are set, I will send a contract and ask for the deposit. Two to three emails are sent throughout the process to keep you informed of the progress. I work hard to give you the best experience throughout the process. You will be able to approve the painting before delivery. My goal is for you to love the painting when it’s complete.
