Shop Policies

My number one priority is for you to be completely happy with your purchase! Every order is handled with care.
The images in the shop show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and color. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through Stripe or PayPal in U.S dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

When will I receive my painting?
Paintings are shipped within 7 days of purchase. I ship by Fedex. Depending on the size it will arrive between 3-10 business days. Please let me know if you need it by a certain day. As of now shipping is included throughout the continental U.S. International shipping is calculated at check out.
*Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labor and transit fees.
 
What about returns?
Due to the delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless there is an error with the listing. Please request more photos, or email me with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colors or specifics on a particular piece.

What if there is Damage in Shipping?
All artwork is shipped in custom built boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours so I can file a claim. You should photograph the damage immediately. Please take photos of the damage from several angles. Save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim. The shipping company will ask for this to file a claim.
